Development Solutions Inc., was retained by Hines to renovate their amenity floor at the Citadel Center. This included lounge areas, a full state-of-the-art fitness center, as well as common areas, bar and rooftop patio.

The fitness center features custom millwork, a sound proof studio with isolated demising walls, ceiling and flooring, Pliteq rubber flooring on isolated system, as well as locker rooms with showers. The lounge area features Oak flooring, 2 hour fire rated glass entry, and open ceilings with beautiful wood plank clouds.
