500 West Madison

Development Solutions Inc. (DSI) was selected by Transwestern through a negotiated bid process to manage the construction of seven spec suite projects on the 16th, 34th and 36th floors. DSI has been an integral part of the construction operations at 500 W. Madison for over 10 years.

Additionally, DSI was selected by Transwestern to construct the tenant amenities and common areas for 500 W. Madison after a competitive bid process. DSI worked closely with Baumann Studios and Transwestern during preconstruction to develop detailed phasing plans which allowed minimal disruption in this high-traffic location.

The 3rd floor tenant lounge consists of a premium pantry, state of the art appliances, glass back-splash, built-in booths, fireplace with porcelain tile surround, and a gaming area.
