DSI served as the design-builder for this 500,009-square-foot facility located within the Karis Center for Commerce, developed to support Ravago’s North American polymer distribution operations. Designed for long-term performance and flexibility, the facility enhances Ravago’s supply chain capabilities through integrated logistics, rail connectivity, and scalable infrastructure.

Key features include: 40’ clear height, 22 dock positions and 4 drive-in doors. 15,986 SF of Class-A office space, including shipping and receiving operations. 268 dedicated railcar positions, with capacity for 183 future railcars. The site plan allows for two future industrial buildings totaling approximately 600,000 SF.

Strategically located and purpose-built, the facility supports multimodal distribution, operational efficiency, and long-term expansion. DSI’s scope included comprehensive site development, rail infrastructure coordination, vertical construction, and the seamless integration of office and warehouse functions—all within a 100-acre industrial master plan.
