Proudly bringing Ravago’s ambitious vision to life, DSI South and Karis celebrated a major milestone in 2023 with the launch of a cutting-edge 500,000-square-foot facility dedicated to polymer and chemical distribution. Strategically located within the rail-served 200-acre Karis Center for Commerce in Montgomery, Illinois, this project represents a significant advancement in industrial infrastructure and innovation.

Spanning an expansive 100 acres, the facility is meticulously designed to meet the highest industry standards, boasting an impressive 40-foot clearance height. With 22 docks and 4 drive-in doors, the facility ensures seamless logistical operations and optimized functionality for a diverse range of industrial activities.

Ravago's commitment to innovation and growth is at the core of this project. In addition to its extensive industrial capabilities, the facility includes 12,776 square feet of Class-A office space. This space is thoughtfully designed to create an enriching work environment that seamlessly meets both technological demands and practical needs.
