Duke Geneva – Speculative Building

This 275,000 SF, 32' clear speculative warehouse building broke ground in the summer of 2022. This industrial building is positioned on a 20 acre site and was designed for two tenants.

DSI was selected as general contractor after winning the project in a competitive stipulated sum bid process. The state-of-the-art facility will deliver 28 dock positions, 49 trailer stalls, 265 car stalls and two drive-in doors. Each tenant will have a private entry into the building.

A speculative office was built as part of the project, providing a full service work environment.
